We had an outstanding experience with RIck. Our three-year old refrigerator was having issues and Rick quickly narrowed down the possible problems over the phone, had me send more details, and was able to come to our home the same day to see if he could repair it. He was able to fix the problem and provided excellent advice and guidance. We will absolutely use his services again with future appliance issues. Rick was honest, very responsive, great on communication and easy to have in our home. He bent over backwards to help and his cost was very, very reasonable. Highly recommend Rick!
